- Your appointments are very valuable to us. They are reserved especially just for you. We respectfully request at least 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may require you to reschedule or sign in to our walk-in list or cancel your appointment.
- No refunds will be given in any case. However, we will try our best to address any emerging issues to ensure our customers’ benefits and satisfaction.
- All extension nail services are guaranteed for 5 days. If you wish to get your nails fixed after 5 days, a charge will be levied.
- We reserve our right to refuse or stop services for those who are rude or come with bad attitudes, usage of drugs, alcohol, racism, or any act of violence.
- Our prices are available on the menu. However, please confirm the price (designs or more specific prices) with our nail technicians before receiving your services.
- Loud phone calls or conversations are not allowed inside our salon.
- You will be fully responsible for your personal belongings during your visit. We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal items or gift certificates.
- You will have to compensate if you damage any of the salon products during your visit.
- We do not guarantee for regular polish, as soon as you have walked out our salon, that means you have accepted and are happy with our services provided to your nails.
